About
What it does
Point clouds arrive as millions of returns with no idea what any of them are. Turning that into a model is where scan-to-BIM spends almost all of its money, and almost all of it is done by hand.
The plug-in reads a registered cloud, recognises the elements it can identify with confidence, and places the corresponding Revit components. What it is unsure about it flags rather than guesses, so a modeller reviews a shortlist instead of tracing everything from scratch.
Requirements
Before you install
- Revit 2023 or newer, 64-bit
- Registered point cloud in E57 or RCP
- 16 GB RAM recommended for clouds above 500 M points
