What it does
The ZERO.BIM Digital Office is an office park you can walk through in your browser. The ZERO.BIM Arena, the TOBiE hall, the amphitheatre and the lobby are not illustrations. Each one is a complete IFC model, loaded element by element.
Every element carries its data. Switch on Model view and select anything: a wall, a door, a duct, a sprinkler head. The panel shows the element's IFC data - its type, materials and layers, quantities, Uniclass 2015 classification and property sets. Every element keeps its GlobalId, so what you see in the office is what you get in the file.
Every building is downloadable. Download any building as the IFC model it came from and open it in your own viewer, authoring or checking tools. The same data is there.
- ZERO.BIM Arena - 2,288 elements. Six storeys with terraces, a rooftop café and building services: supply and extract air, heating and chilled water, cold water, sprinklers, power and lighting, organised as seven systems and checked for clashes. Download IFC, 5.5 MB - TOBiE hall - 243 elements. Glazed exhibition hall with module pods, screens and lighting. Download IFC, 0.3 MB - Amphitheatre - 77 elements. Sunken grass terraces, stone seating, projection wall and bamboo canopy. Download IFC, 0.3 MB - Lobby - 22 elements. The welcome pavilion. Download IFC, 0.4 MB
All models are IFC 4.3 and pass IFC schema and rule validation with no issues. The building services show how services data is structured; they are design intent, not a coordinated MEP design.
Getting around. Walk with the keyboard or by clicking, and double click to jump to a spot. Go to takes you to any building, each Arena floor, the rooftop café or the fountain. Fly mode turns the park into a 3D map, and night mode switches on the lights.
The park and the city around it are a simulated environment, not a real location. No sign-in, no cookies, nothing stored.
