What it does
DSS Toolkit turns your comBIMe export of the Czech Datový standard staveb (DSS) into the files you actually need at your desk, a Revit shared parameter file and a checklist, entirely in your browser.
From 1 January 2027, BIM is mandatory for selected Czech public contracts, and deliverables must follow the DSS. This tool does the tedious last step, so you never type Czech parameter names by hand.
You get:
- Revit shared parameter file (.txt) - every required property with the correct Revit data type and a stable GUID, ready to load. - Printable checklist (.csv) - every element and property for a building type and stage, to share with your team or client. - Stable GUIDs - derived from the property names, so the same property always gets the same GUID and models built against an earlier file keep working.
Private by design: it runs entirely in your browser. Your file is never uploaded or stored, the tool reads the export you downloaded from comBIMe and converts it on your own machine.
